Trauma Recovery & EMDR

When the Past Keeps Showing Up in the Present

Trauma doesn’t always look like what we expect. It’s not only combat or catastrophe. It can be the childhood home where you never felt safe. The relationship that changed how you see yourself. The loss that rewired something in you. The experience you’ve never said out loud to anyone.

Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

Clinical Specialization

Certified Trauma-Informed Therapy in the Atlanta Area

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist, I work with individuals and teens in Sandy Springs and throughout Atlanta who are living with the effects of trauma — whether the events happened recently or decades ago. I draw on an integrative approach that includes:

— working with the different parts of you that developed to protect you, and helping them find new roles

— identifying the deep emotional patterns formed in early experience that continue to shape your relationships and self-perception

— building psychological flexibility and reconnecting with what matters most to you

— helping your nervous system find safety, not just your mind

Trauma therapy is not about reliving what happened. It’s about helping you move through it — so that the past informs you without defining you.
