Psychotherapy
“So tell me, what is it you wish to do with your one wild and precious life?”
~ Mary Oliver
Welcome! Seeking help for the challenges that life may bring is a courageous act.
Whether you’re struggling with difficult life transitions, having marital or relationship issues, experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or other overwhelming emotions, or just feeling stuck in your personal or professional life, having a safe and supportive environment in which to explore your stories of struggle and strength can lay the groundwork for lifelong fulfillment.
With a relaxed, nonjudgmental approach, I create a safe and compassionate space where you can exhale, unwind, and be yourself ~ a space where your story matters and you can feel truly heard and understood.
Who I Am
I specialize in relationship healing, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I’m proud to offer LGBTQA+ affirming care. I believe healing grows in spaces of safety, compassion, and genuine connection. My role is to help you understand your emotions and patterns, strengthen your relationships, and return to a steadier sense of balance and purpose.
As a Certified EFT Couples Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, ACT, IFS, and Schema Therapy—approaches that blend mindfulness, emotional awareness, and experiential work to support healing, resilience, and self-compassion.
For couples, therapy focuses on softening painful cycles and rebuilding emotional closeness. For individuals and teens, it creates room to process trauma, ease anxiety or depression, and develop kinder ways of relating to yourself and others.
My own lived experience shapes my work—the beauty and messiness of decades of marriage, raising three sons, welcoming daughters-in-law, and the joys of five grandchildren. As Jon Kabat-Zinn reminds us, life is a “full catastrophe,” and I meet you in it with steadiness, warmth, and care.
